Current Opportunities

Technical Support Representative II

Our Technical Support Representatives engineer and implement system solutions for customers using technologies that meet their needs. Our Level II Representatives primarily handle the second level of service support including technical issues involving Microsoft's core business applications, virtual environments, operating systems, VMware, and Microsoft related technologies such as Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, etc. They also provide technical service and support at the network level, including WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security. Level II Representatives may also provide some first level support with workstations, printers, and vendor specific hardware and software.

Technical Support Representative I

Our Level I Technical Support Representatives are responsible for handling the first level of support of service requests, including workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor specific hardware and software. Additional responsibilities include supporting disaster recovery solutions and backup, implement and support basic remote access solutions, and responding accordingly to the remote monitoring and management system alerts and notifications.
